Miami Heat in Concert

Completed as a project for an interview with the Miami HEAT Group.

The assignment was to create a poster for a fictional concert for the Miami Heat band, with certain featured guests. Taking into consideration Miami’s rich Latino culture, especially with such a lively salsa dancing scene, Latin jazz was the most appropriate genre for the Miami Heat band. Looking at the physical location of the American Airlines Arena (home of the Heat), for 15 years the AAA was also home to Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s Bongos Cuban Cafe; a hot spot for salseros.
